What fees does TikTok Shop charge sellers in Malaysia?
Per delivered order: commission fee (rate depends on category, seller type and BXP enrollment), transaction fee (3.78%), platform support fee (RM0.54 flat, since February 15, 2026), and for Bonus Extra Program participants a 4.86% BXP fee. All SST inclusive.
Is BXP worth it in Malaysia?
BXP sellers pay commission 4.32 percentage points lower than non-BXP, but add the 4.86% BXP fee — so the totals land within about half a point of each other. What you actually get from BXP is the benefits: stackable vouchers, cashback, platform exposure. Run both modes in the calculator to see your exact numbers.
Which categories have 0% commission?
Essential food categories: Baking, Fresh & Frozen Food, Staples & Cooking Essentials — and since June 20, 2026, Milk & Dairy for marketplace sellers. These are also exempt from the platform support fee.
Can I avoid the RM0.54 platform support fee?
Waivers exist for new sellers (30 days), small sellers under 100 orders per month (claim monthly via Mission Tab), and essential-category orders. Otherwise it applies to every delivered order and is not refunded on returns.
