Questions sellers actually ask

Which fees does TikTok Shop charge sellers in the Philippines?

Five fees per successfully delivered order: commission fee (rate depends on your category), transaction fee (2.24%), shipping service fee (5.5% marketplace / 5% mall, capped at ₱100 per item), order processing fee (₱5, currently ₱3 on promo), and the seller growth fee (1% or 1.5%) introduced April 27, 2026. Pre-order items add another 2%.

Are TikTok Shop Philippines fees VAT inclusive?

Yes. All rates on the official Seller University pages are VAT inclusive, so what you see here is what actually leaves your payout.

Do new sellers really pay 0% commission?

New sellers get 0% commission fee for 90 days. The other fees (transaction, shipping service, processing, growth) still apply.

What changed in the transaction fee in July 2026?

The rate stayed at 2.24%, but from July 23, 2026 the base changed: it is now calculated on (price after seller discount + customer-paid shipping fee) instead of total customer payment minus refunds.
